2. User Accounts

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

IPTV USA offers the following subscription plans, billed in United States Dollars (USD):

  • 3 Months: $24.99
  • 6 Months: $39.99
  • 12 Months: $59.99

All prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

3.3 Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial of our Service. The free trial provides full access to all channels and features. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to one of our paid plans to continue using the Service.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all subscription plans. Refund terms are as follows:

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund if you are unsatisfied with the Service, no questions asked.
  • Within 7 Days: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for documented technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve.
  • After 7 Days: Refunds are generally not available after 7 days. However, we will work with you to resolve any service issues.

3.5 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription period expires, you will need to manually renew by purchasing a new plan. We will send you a reminder notification before your subscription expires.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, rebroadcast, or sublicense the Service or any content accessed through it without our prior written consent.
  • Record, capture, download, or otherwise copy streaming content from our platform.

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple households to use a single subscription.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying servers and networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to live television broadcasts, movies, series, graphics, logos, and user interface elements, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The content is provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing enjoyment only.

5.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, IPTV USA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPTV USA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IPTV USA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to IPTV USA during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6.4 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance, updates, server issues, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may discontinue using the Service at any time. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Note that closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription, except as described in Section 3.4.

7.2 Termination by IPTV USA

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.
  • Sharing or reselling account credentials.
  • Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our Service, other users, or third parties.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 5, 6, 8, and 9) shall continue to apply after termination.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against IPTV USA.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPTV USA regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.3 Waiver

The failure of IPTV USA to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
